About Me

Hi there! I'm Varun Mangla.

 Talking about my professional journey, I began as a Transportation Engineer at IIT Madras and worked for over a year at  Larsen and Toubro. My role at these esteemed organisations involved working extensively with traffic survey data and constructing models to analyse daily commuting routes and preferred vehicle types. 

This immersive exposure to data analysis sparked within me a fascination, a curiosity that grew with each passing day. I realised the sheer power of data - as a tool for informed decision-making and a historical record that could shape the future. This marked the inception of my passion for data.

 Initially, my fascination revolved around managing and building models based on transportation surveys; however, as my knowledge and curiosity expanded. I began to get deeper into the field, exploring machine learning predictions, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), and even Large Language Models (LLM).
